As a Staff Accountant, you'll handle various financial tasks, including keeping accurate records, ensuring GAAP compliance, and preparing financial statements. A solid understanding of financial statements and debits and credits is essential. We're looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial candidate who is eager to help grow the accounting function for a rapidly expanding finance company. Since this is a full-time, in-office position, we are seeking candidates who are either local to South Florida or willing to relocate to the area."

This position is located in-office at our Pompano Beach, Florida headquarters.

Responsibilities:


General cost accounting and related organizational duties.
Monthly balance sheets, income & loss statements preparation.
Maintaining the general ledger & assisting in month-end closures.
Reconciling financial accounts, bank & cash disbursement accounts.
Assisting auditors, filing tax forms, and coordinating software maintenance.
Managing purchasing and invoicing systems.


Job Specifications:


Only Bachelor's in Accounting degrees will be considered.
Proficiency in MS Office, and accounting software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
