Job Description Job Description Staff Accountant LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for a staff accountant in the Belle Glade, FL area. Our client is searching for a staff accountant with a strong manufacturing and sap background. This position is a hybrid role 3 days in office/ 2 remote. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability. Responsibilities to include: · Support and assist in the coordination of the monthly close process including quarterly and year-end procedures · Prepare monthly journal entries and monthly B/S account reconciliations (i.e. prepaid, cash, payroll, accruals, etc.) · Prepare daily production entries and other inventory functions · Assist with the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package and annual audited financial statements Prepare and design ad hoc reports and analyses, as required QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in Accounting 1-3 years of accounting experience Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and internal controls ERP experience, SAP preferred Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred Advanced Excel skills and other This position is a direct hire opportunity that will pay $55k-$65k depending on resume and experience.
