You will be responsible for general office duties, scheduling meetings, assistant with travel plans, etc. This is a fast-paced environment and you will be asked to do additional duties than what is listed. Must be able to multi-task and have a can do attitude and at times. Large company environment, but small office so must work really well on a team. Searching for someone with a minimum of two consecutive years as an administrative assistant or similar position required. Candidates would possess strong organizational skills and have excellent communication. Advanced computer skills necessary - Microsoft Office Suite, particular to Excel understanding pivot tables and v lookups. The ability to take the initiative and be a self starter is key in this position.
