Office Support Specialist Miami FL (Onsite) Job Description Supports the daily operations of one or more MS locations by managing office services such as mail processing, reception, hospitality, and administrative duties. Assists in site implementation, staff training, and operational improvement while ensuring consistency and efficiency across locations. Responsibilities Assist in new MS site implementation Provide process and procedural improvement suggestions Train new and existing employees Maintain up-to-date site procedure guides, forms, and logs Collect and report data for monthly management reports Order office supplies as needed Manage mail processing, shipping/receiving, and document storage Perform receptionist duties and coordinate conference room reservations Troubleshoot office equipment and support operational deliverables Act as a liaison for facilities requests and first responder for customer team needs Qualifications High school diploma with 6-12 months of related work experience Valid, violation-free driver s license, reliable transportation, and minimum auto insurance coverage. Experience with mailroom equipment, postage meters, and document processing tools Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain a professional demeanor Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
