Job Description Job Description We are looking for an
experienced Property Administrator to join our team in Miami,
Florida. In this contract position, you will play a key role in
ensuring smooth leasing operations, maintaining resident
satisfaction, and overseeing administrative tasks. This is an
excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills
and a passion for property management. Responsibilities: •
Facilitate the leasing process by handling apartment applications,
preparing lease agreements, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is
completed accurately. • Organize and maintain move-in files and
resident records to guarantee up-to-date and accurate information.
• Address maintenance requests promptly, aiming for resolution on
the first call whenever possible, and inform residents of any
delays due to ordered parts. • Monitor outstanding work orders
daily to ensure timely completion, typically within 24 hours unless
special circumstances arise. • Provide excellent service to
residents by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and
fostering positive relationships. • Utilize property management
systems, such as Entrata, for record-keeping and service request
tracking. • Collaborate with the community manager and other team
members to maintain operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance
with company policies and procedures in all administrative and
leasing activities. • Assist in managing service requests and
follow up on their resolution to ensure resident satisfaction. •
Participate in community events and initiatives to promote a
welcoming and engaging environment.• Proven experience as a Leasing
Consultant or Property Administrator. • Familiarity with property
management software such as Entrata. • Strong communication skills
to interact effectively with residents and team members. • Ability
to manage records and files with high attention to detail. •
Experience in handling service requests and ensuring timely
resolution. • Knowledge of property management best practices and
leasing procedures. • Excellent organizational and multitasking
abilities. • Commitment to providing outstanding customer
service.
