A well-known general contractor in South Florida is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of custom luxury homes ranging from $5M to $15M . This is an excellent opportunity to work on architecturally stunning residences in some of the region's most exclusive neighborhoods Client Details This GC is a highly regarded luxury residential builder with deep roots in South Florida. Known for delivering top-tier custom homes, they collaborate with elite architects, designers, and craftspeople to build one-of-a-kind estates defined by quality, sophistication, and timeless design Description 5 years of experience managing ground-up custom homes valued at $5M Strong knowledge of luxury construction techniques, materials, and interior/exterior finishes Exceptional communication and project leadership skills Experience working in South Florida's residential market preferred Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct) Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to client satisfaction Profile At least 5 years of experience in luxury residential construction, with ground-up project experience. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Strong expertise in reading blueprints, calculating site maps, and implementing home automation systems. Experience working with luxury homebuilders such as Frankel Homes, JH Norman, or Coastal is highly desirable. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-value projects. Proficiency in project management software like Fieldwire and Buildertrend.
