To build a company that always keeps its promises. Summary: Bench Technicians support the physical side of the operations department as well as the manufacturing division. Responsibilities: ? Final assembly, inspection, and testing of manufactured product before being moved to the retail side of the operation. ? Repairs of manufactured goods as needed. ? Kitting of subassemblies for distribution. ? Diagnostic and repair services for RMA’d materials. ? Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: ? High School Diploma or equivalent. ? Basic tool using skills and the ability to refine those to excellence. ? The ability to manipulate spreadsheets and documents. Skills and Abilities: ? Must possess full knowledge of the manufactured product line. ? Must possess a good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. ? Must be capable of diagnosing and repairing product. ? Must possess the ability to follow detailed processes. Special Requirements: ? Steady hand for soldering and product assembly. ? Good vision for small circuit assembly. ? The ability to effectively communicate on technical issues. Physical Demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. ? While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. ? The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. ? Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment: ? Working at a lab bench for the majority of the workday. ? Moving between the labs and the warehouse to gather products and supplies ? The work environment is primarily Healthcare facilities which include hospitals, offices and clinics. Some areas require sterile clothes and masks. ?
