Job Description:
Complexity of Work: Ability to work with executive leadership
under tight deadlines and competing priorities. Requires critical
thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment,
and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to
maintain positive working relationships within all levels of the
organization as well as external stakeholders and governmental
representatives. Requires the ability to process and analyze
complex mathematical data. Required Work Experience: Seven (7)
years' related experience in healthcare system or integrated
delivery system. Proven experience in licensure, health policy, and
regulatory requirements in the State of Florida. Experience with
federal regulatory rules and regulations desired. Other
Information: Additional Education Info: Bachelor's degree in
Healthcare, Business Administration or Public Policy. Memorial
