Job Description Job Description Kitchen Manager Private Club Environment | Boynton Beach Area | Confidential Search This is a leadership role for a Kitchen Manager who thrives on structure, standards, and execution . We are conducting a confidential search for a Kitchen Manager to step into a well funded private club environment with high expectations, repeat members, and significant event volume. The systems, recipes, and menus already exist. What the operation needs is a steady, accountable leader who can run the kitchen with discipline and pride. If you believe consistency is the foundation of great food and that kitchens run best with clear expectations, follow through, and ownership this role is built for you. The Environment Private club setting with a loyal, repeat member base Resort style dining atmosphere without resort chaos Weekly events plus large scale banquets and social functions Event counts regularly reaching several hundred guests Lean leadership structure with empowered decision making High visibility operation where members notice details quickly This role is about running the operation, not chasing the line every night. Lead day to day kitchen operations and supervise the culinary team Enforce recipes, plating standards, and existing SOPs Conduct daily line checks and ensure prep completion Lead expo and quality control during service Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost controls Support weekly specials within an established framework Ensure events and banquets execute smoothly and on time What Success Looks Like Every plate looks the same regardless of the day or shift Prep is completed, verified, and followed through The Kitchen Manager is leading, not firefighting Food cost and labor remain within established targets Events run smoothly with confident execution Members regain trust in the kitchen experience Ideal Background Kitchen Manager or senior Sous Chef ready to step up Experience in private clubs, hotels, resorts, or high volume polished casual Strong banquet and event execution experience Comfortable managing both daily dining and large programs Strong administrative discipline inventory, ordering, scheduling, forecasting Solid understanding of food safety, allergies, and dietary needs Fine dining experience is not required Compensation and Schedule Competitive base salary with performance bonus opportunity Benefits begin shortly after start Predictable schedule with true quality of life Early closes and limited late nights Regular full day closures and seasonal schedule relief Company Description We partner with a range of hospitality organizations across Florida, including restaurants of all concepts, hotels, resorts, and private clubs, each offering distinct cultures and career paths.
