standards. As a Banquet Cook II at Marriott, you will have the

quality. Prepare high-quality dishes for banquets adhering to menu
and operation standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to
ensure timely execution and delivery of dishes. Assist in menu
planning and inventory management. Maintain cleanliness and comply
with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and
ensuring correct storage. Provide guidance and training to junior
chefs and support staff. Continuously enhance skills and knowledge
in current cuisine trends. Proven cooking skills and knowledge of
various cooking methods. Strong organizational abilities. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Adept at handling and
maintaining kitchen equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from a
recognized culinary school is highly beneficial. Food Handler's
Certificate as required by local or state regulations.
