Provide guidance and training to junior chefs and support staff. Continuously enhance skills and knowledge in current cuisine trends. Proven cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking methods. Strong organizational abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adept at handling and maintaining kitchen equipment.
