Health Insurance PTO 401k with matching Job Details Key Responsibilities Draft pleadings, discovery, financial affidavits, and other court documents Assist with preparation for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials Organize and maintain case files and electronic records Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling Conduct legal research as needed Assist in the preparation of equitable distribution schedules, child support guidelines, and alimony worksheets Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience as a family law paralegal Strong knowledge of marital and family law procedures and terminology Proficiency with legal software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, Microsoft Office, e-filing systems) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Certified Paralegal (CP) or Registered Paralegal (RP) is a plus If you are a seasoned attorney with a passion for Family law and a commitment to providing exceptional legal service, we would love to hear from you.
