Responsibilities: Handle a variety of insurance defense cases,
including claims related to general liability, premises liability,

mediations, and depositions. Conduct legal research and draft
motions, pleadings, and other legal documents. Develop and execute
case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes. Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to
practice law in the state of Florida. 3-7 years of experience in
insurance defense or related litigation. Strong analytical,
writing, and advocacy skills. Commitment to providing excellent
