Mailroom and Data Entry Clerk

The Mailroom and Data Entry clerk is responsible for the
coding and setup of client and customer information when they have
a claim against their policy. This is principally done through
sorting and scanning incoming mail, receiving or placing telephone
calls; express delivery, fax and other electronic methods (e-mail)
are also possible means of communication. In depth knowledge and
use of computerized system for gathering and processing information
on the client/customer.
This position will reporting to the Miami office Monday
through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Codes and enters data into setup screens
- Separates those that do not meet basic requirements for
resolution by higher levels
- Sorts and scans incoming mail
- Experience with office equipment
- Data Entry
- Microsoft Office
