$90,000 plus bonus

A fast-growing wellness-focused company is seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join its finance team. This role -is ideal for a results-driven accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• 
  Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, inventory, prepaids, and accruals
  
  
• 
  Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
  
  
• 
  Ensure timely, accurate transaction posting and soft weekly reconciliations
  
  
• 
  Assist with audit preparation and ad-hoc financial reporting
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    
    
  • 
    2-5 years of relevant accounting experience
    
    
  • 
    Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes
    
    
  • 
    Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop/Online and Excel
    
    
  • 
    Ability to work across multiple entities and legal structures
