Updated: May 13, 2025Location: Miami, FL, United StatesJob ID: 9516-OTHLOC-CIDvYfwy Role and Responsibilities The Site of Care, Area Lead will assess, plan, and execute client programs supporting administration options for the product. Responsibilities include engaging with local sites of care (SOCs), including Local and National Infusion Providers and community oncology clinics. Key Responsibilities

• Gain deep account intelligence for home infusion and clinic targets.
• Characterize outpatient options and landscape in specific geographies.
• Provide SOCs with product overview and clinical procedures, coordinating with Medical Affairs and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate SOC interest and capacity to administer the product.
• Identify gaps and develop plans to assess SOC interest and ability.
• Identify barriers and develop account plans for next steps.
• Educate SOCs on access, coding, and billing.
• Serve as the lead SOC contact with internal teams.
• Understand healthcare issues, customer trends, and best practices to establish credibility. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Clinical, or Science preferred. Advanced degrees (e.g., PharmD, MPH) or clinical experience preferred.
• At least 4 years in pharma/medical industry or home infusion/clinic experience.
• At least 2 years in account management within oncology, hematology, or rare diseases, including infused therapies.
• At least 2 years' experience with market access, site of care segments, and reimbursement processes.
• Experience with various infusion service providers is preferred.
• Recent launch experience with infused products is a plus.
