As a Reservations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing reservations and providing detailed information about our properties, accommodations, rates, and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize our booking processes. Handle daily reservation requests and adjust bookings as needed Communicate effectively with guests to gather booking details and provide information on services, rates, and amenities Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all booking details are processed correctly in the system Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience from reservation to check-out Assist in developing strategies to optimize the booking process and increase occupancy rates Address and resolve any issues related to reservations promptly and professionally Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with reservation software and CRM systems Ability to work effectively in a team and provide superior customer service Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Hospitality Management or similar is advantageous but not mandatory
